Thanks! I think the main thing is that I’ve never actually taken a class in photography & I tend to look at the work of others and compare to what guys like you do. I am quite lazy when it comes to doing what I should be doing (proper shutter speeds, apertures, visualizing a shot), and I tend to rush things & not use things like a tripod or monopod (usually because I travel with people).
